1.27.2014 NCLA Testifies on Key Infrastructure measure and Pushes Back On Labor Proposal

This week, the NCLA testified in support of a key measure which will make it possible for local governments to respond even more quickly to repair infrastructure after a disaster.  In addition, NCLA’s push back on a labor union proposal to change the worker’s compensation system appears to be having the intended affect – a retreat.
